Refund & Returns Policy

At Pure Line Audio, we want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds.


1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Exceptions for Made-to-Order or Customized Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:

  • Made to order

  • Customized or configured to your specifications
    (for example, custom cable lengths or terminations)

Once production of such products has begun, these items are not eligible for cancellation or return, except where required by applicable law.


3. Conditions for Returns (Eligible Products)

For products eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be returned with original packaging and accessories

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or alteration


4. Return Process

  2. We will provide return instructions

  3. Return the product within 14 days of your return request approval

Unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs and a description of the issue.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable law.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or modification

  • Items returned without prior authorization
