We offer audio cables, power accessories, and related products through our website. Product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are provided to the best of our ability.
Due to the nature of materials, hand assembly, and manufacturing processes, minor variations in appearance may occur and do not affect functionality.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in the currency indicated on the website and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized transactions.
4. Orders and Acceptance
An order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order prior to shipment.
Certain products may be assembled or configured to order (for example, custom cable lengths or terminations). Once production has begun, such orders may not be eligible for cancellation or modification, except where required by applicable law.

Shipping times and delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
Risk of loss and responsibility for the products pass to you upon delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds

Where applicable, consumers within the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days, subject to legal exceptions for made-to-order or customized products.
